Another way to save big on party rentals is by being flexible in the planning. Let the party rental company know what your objectives are and that you're open to suggestions. When the party rental company understands what you're trying to accomplish they may be able to offer you some creative suggestions.

I want to have an outdoor birthday celebration for my son and I’m looking to book a party space nyc which has a canopy. You can never be certain about the weather and a canopy is a must.
